Authentic ramen and fast service with a smile.
View on Google★★★★★ I visited "Menya Usagi Izumitanaka Branch" which I've been curious about for a while. First I was surprised by the niboshi ramen soup. Even though the umami flavor of dried sardines is solid, there is no harshness or bitterness, making it a very drinkable bowl. The compatibility with the noodles is also outstanding, and the chashu is tender and quite filling. I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the end. The condiments for changing flavors are also extensive, and the appeal is that you can enjoy arranging it to your own liking. This time I had the niboshi ramen, but mazesoba is also said to be popular, so I definitely want to try it next time. There is a parking lot so it's easy to visit by car, and this is a shop I definitely want people who like niboshi ramen to visit once. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI visited for the first time in several years. I used to go often, but since changing jobs I haven't had many chances to come, and this time was my first visit in a long time. There were many customers inside the shop, and I felt that it is as popular a restaurant as ever. This time I ordered the Brothless Tantanmen and Shime Gohan (finish rice). I had it for the first time in a while, and the seasoning that firmly highlights the umami of seafood hasn't changed from before, and it was very delicious. Also, the onion topping serves as a good accent, and I was able to eat it until the end without getting tired of it while enjoying changes in texture and flavor. The shime gohan also went well with the sauce and was a very satisfying content. It was my first visit in a while, but I was reassured by the unchanged deliciousness. I won't be able to come as frequently as before, but if I have the chance to come nearby, I'd like to drop by again. Thank you for the meal. 🍜✨🍚
View on GoogleJuly 7, 2026 Visited at 11:30. About half of the seats were filled. I came to eat because the meat-topped mazesoba large portion I saw on Tabelog looked delicious. Just speaking about the taste, the chashu was delicious, but it was rich and way too salty, so I thought I wouldn't order it again. I wish the flavor was a bit lighter... They wrote to order rice for the finish and mix it with the leftover soup, but I think it's definitely bad for your body due to excessive salt, so I will definitely not order it myself. I wish the flavor was a bit lighter... Is mazemen supposed to be like this?
View on GoogleFinally visited "Menya Usagi" which I've been curious about for a while. This time it's this! The chewy noodles are well-coated with a rich sauce, and the balance of ingredients such as diced chashu, chopped onions, green onions, and fried garlic is outstanding. Mixing in the hot spring egg adds mellowness, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the end without getting tired of it. The volume is also solid, and I am very satisfied. I'd like to come back and eat again.
