There is a stall-like reception at the entrance of what looks like a wedding venue, and you pay there after you finish eating. All the dining areas are outdoors, with multiple tables set up inside something like a vinyl greenhouse. It feels nice to eat outdoors. You call the staff by ringing a bell you shake by hand. Lunches are 1200 yen and 1600 yen. There is no mention of drinks on the menu. Given the lunch contents, you'd want a drink, but there is nowhere stating whether it's included or available as an option. Even for the most expensive 1600 yen option, every single dish tasted solidly average, like food you'd find at a buffet. I suppose the cost performance isn't great. The 1200 yen one might have better value. I wish they would list drinks on the menu, even if it's as a paid set. I'm sure they have them if you ask. The burdock soup has a distinct flavor, so opinions might be divided depending on the person.
View on GoogleEating at the garden restaurant when the weather is nice is simply the best. The one-plate lunch is enjoyable because it features a little bit of various kinds of dishes. The portion might be a bit lacking for men. It's nice that you can choose a cake from Franchese for dessert. The Hemingway One-Plate was 1,320 yen (tax included), and the iced coffee was 165 yen (tax included). The cakes are priced the same as what they sell at Franchese, so it varies depending on what you choose. The Soufflé au Chocolat I ordered this time was 462 yen (tax included). The staff here are always very polished in their service, which I've come to expect.
View on GoogleMy family and I always use this place. Franchese's cakes are, needless to say, the best, and it's amazing that you can also eat dishes from Pain d'Essence and Sun Palace! Plus, the service from the lady at Le Bois is wonderful. Since it's next to a pond, you can enjoy tea in spring while viewing cherry blossoms and azaleas, or autumn foliage in the fall. There's a roof so it's not too hot even in summer, and mist is sprayed from the roof to keep you comfortably cool. Despite this, it's always uncrowded and might be a real hidden gem! Right now, they had plenty of spring-limited dishes.
View on GoogleLe Bois, located inside Maple Town. 'Maple Town' refers to the area managed by the Servis Group here, where wedding venues, restaurants, cake shops, bakeries, and other stores gather. The appeal of Le Bois is that you can have food delivered from each shop and gracefully enjoy a relaxing lunch and café time on the open terrace while looking out at the beautiful garden! Another charm is that the customer service from staff at every single shop is extremely pleasant and wonderful.
View on GoogleJune 27, 2022 There are only terrace seats... Reservations are not accepted, and guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We ordered the Italian plate and the sandwich plate. Everything was delicious and I think the cost performance is good ♪ Anyway, it was a day over 30 degrees Celsius, so it was hot. I ended up having shaved ice ✨ Mist was being sprayed which helped combat the heat, but it got right into our heavy meals...
