It's a self-frying style kushikatsu restaurant. I entered without looking at the all-you-can-eat price, but when I heard the price after finishing eating, I thought it was cheap! So I think it's good for this feel and this price (all-you-can-eat 1980 yen). However, commensurate with the price, rather than being exceptionally delicious, it's good to be able to experience fun and reasonably delicious food. Since the ingredients are bite-sized and small, it's fun to be able to eat various things (though it doesn't mean there are that many varieties). However, there is something like bite-sized ramen, and this alone was so awful that I was surprised.

쿠시카츠 먹고 싶어서 혼자 쇼핑하고 저녁으로 먹음. 노미호다이 있어서 만족스러웠음. 진짜 다 좋았는데 마지막에 갑자기 모든 것을 망각시키는 장면이 연출 되었음. 마감 앞두고 직원이 손님 없는 테이블 기름통에 기름을 비우고 채우는 것이 아니라 그냥 옛날 우리나라 치킨집들처럼 그냥 기름을 부어서 채우고 있는거임.. 앞으로 셀프 쿠시카츠 집은 안갈듯..

I went to Kushimaru. At Kushimaru, you can choose your favorite ingredients yourself, take them, fry them yourself, and eat them, so you can always eat freshly fried and piping hot food. I think it's fun for children to be able to do it themselves. The ingredients range from vegetables to meat, and there is also salad, curry, mapo tofu, and dessert. The curry is mild, so even children can eat it deliciously. The drink bar is a paid extra, but it has many varieties, so I recommend it. You can end up eating as many skewers as you want. There are many kinds of sauces, and salts like matcha salt and sansho salt are also available. Matcha salt is delicious and recommended.

2022/02/26 Finished shopping and entered with my wife for lunch. Though over 65 and thinking all-you-can-eat is unnecessary, my wife was pleased that she could take as many of her favorite ingredients as she liked. The oil on the table is also small, so you take ingredients, dip them in mixed wheat flour, coat them with breadcrumbs, and drop them into the oil. The ingredients are also small so they fry immediately. Lunch is 70 minutes, but it's enough, with rice, miso soup, curry, and yakisoba available. For the final finish, there are soft serve ice cream, canned pineapple, and mandarin oranges, making it effective for children and women too. I thought the action of putting breadcrumbs and frying it yourself had flavor and was interesting.
