I finally went, a little late to the party. I've also bought tickets for the LIVE show, so I'd feel left out if I couldn't keep up with the conversation. It was nice that the huge crowds from when it first opened were gone, and I could buy calmly. It really feels like very good yakiniku sandwiched in truly delicious bread. I don't know why they chose Miyazaki meat, but I did think it would have been nice if they'd used Osaka meat instead. That said, it was a sandwich that paired perfectly with beer.
View on GoogleYakiniku sandwich 1600円 There is always a crowd, so I tried buying one. The inside is only for paying. Basically, you are made to wait outside. That explains why it looks busy. Clever. The seasoning and grilling are just right, with a classic taste. The fluffy bread is almost like white rice. Together with the leaves, it's a good supporting player. Well put together.
View on GoogleWhat stood out was how truly nice the people at the shop were. The shop opens at 11:30. There was no queue at 10:20, but when I went at 10:50, around 20 people were waiting. Around 10 more people lined up afterward. Around 11:00, a staff member came out and handed out queue tickets. At that point, we were told the katsu sando had already sold out through reservations. There were also many reservations for yakiniku burgers that day, so they were limited to 1 per person. Apparently, when there's enough stock, 1 person can buy 2〜3. The shop people were kind then too, which I appreciated. I managed to buy after waiting around 1 hour. It seems you can buy drinks and merchandise regardless of queue tickets. Next time I'd like to try the katsu sando too. I'm grateful they also accept electronic payments.
View on GoogleAround October last year 9月8日🥪 This is a yakiniku sandwich shop by Kuroda of Kobukuro, marking the group's 25th anniversary, open for just one year from its formation date of 9/8 in 2024, limited to 100 servings per day. When I passed through the Sakaihigashi shopping street, there happened to be queue tickets left. (Apparently you can now reserve with tickets…) Both the meat and bread use ingredients from renowned shops, so naturally it's delicious. The disappointing part was perhaps that the gachapon inside the shop was sold out? ¥2000 with a drink It's a little expensive, so I personally won't be returning, but since the shop is only open for 1 year, it's worth trying once.
View on GoogleHonestly, I went without expectations, but that changed my mind. The yakiniku sandwich was so delicious that all I can say is everything was the best: 『the meat』『the grilling』『the seasoning』『the softness of the bread』. It really is such a delicious yakiniku sandwich that immediately after finishing, I thought, 『I want to eat it again』. With a reservation, the wait is short too, and as a Kobukuro fan and a yakiniku sandwich fan, I'd love this shop to keep going 😊 I couldn't resist buying merchandise too ♪
