この町の専門店 とんかつ•カツ丼Kono Machi No Senmonten Tonkatsu Katsu Donburi
"This Town's Specialty Store", a 1-minute walk from Fukai Station, is a restaurant that serves meticulously crafted tonkatsu. To enjoy tonkatsu even more deliciously, here are "5 Commitments" 1. We use branded pork carefully selected from all over the country. It's a must-check that we also handle Ni-gen pork, which is rare nationwide. (Ni-gen pork arrives every month but sells out within a week) 2. You can choose your favorite from 4 different types of breadcrumbs. 3. You can choose the frying degree of the tonkatsu from "Rosé" and "White". The Rosé, which locks in meat juices and tenderness, is a must-check. 4. The oil used to fry the tonkatsu is 100% pork backfat, and this savory, juicy, and faintly sweet taste is...

A tonkatsu shop located on the first floor of the Nankai Senboku Fukai Station building. Since the name was unique, I stopped by. Seafood at a pork cutlet shop caught my eye ◼️ Had the Seafood Tonkatsu Set Meal A set of 4 varieties: loin cutlet, fried shrimp, fried scallops, and fried oysters. The size of the fried shrimp and the tenderness of the loin cutlet left an impression.
View on GoogleI went in wanting to eat katsudon, but it was night so they weren't serving it. Ordered the Tonkatsu Set Meal. You can choose from 2 types of meat, 3 types of breading, and 2 frying levels. It was a Saturday night, but there were no other customers besides us. Maybe just one person came for takeout. There was no BGM in the restaurant, and in the quiet silence, you could faintly hear the staff's work sounds and deep-frying sounds. Wondering if there were various commitments to it, I ate the tonkatsu set meal. Tonkatsu is eaten with salt. Additionally, it comes with rice, red miso soup, cabbage, and 2 small side dishes. Rice, red miso soup, and cabbage are refillable. Depending on what you eat, refills might not be available. Please double check. It's on the expensive side, but it was very delicious.
View on GoogleMy work moved here and I entered, drawn by the pink tonkatsu. It felt quiet and calm to eat in, and it was delicious. I never thought tonkatsu eaten with salt could be this delicious. The staff told me that baked tonkatsu is recommended, so next time I want to try the baked tonkatsu!
View on GoogleIt was delicious ♡ The meat is solidly delicious, has a good chew, and the sense of satisfaction is amazing. I'll come again ☺️ I don't write reviews often, but I want a shop like this to last a long time so I'm sharing this. First, the interior is clean and has a sense of cleanliness ◎ I think this is important for a tonkatsu shop! This time I ordered ・ Loin and Filet Share Set ・ Beef Harami Bowl It was just the right amount to share between a husband + twins. It's rare to have a share set, and I'm happy that rice, red miso soup, salad, and small side dishes each come in 2 servings. It really helps that sharing isn't assumed. Also, what left an impression was the lightness of the oil. Despite having solid volume, it's not heavy. The loin has a solid fat sweetness that isn't cloying, and the filet is fluffy and tender, feeling like you can bite right through it easily. My husband is team loin, and I prefer filet 🌸 The twins also ate a lot, and another appreciated point is that it's easy to go with kids. Pork, vegetables, rice, and red miso soup—it was also great that the content gave a sense of security despite eating out. Solid volume, proper quality, and good cost performance. Shops like this are truly precious ✨
View on GoogleIt's a huge waste that it's not well-known! I have never written a review unless there are discounts or perks, but since this shop isn't well-known perhaps because they don't do Instagram etc. despite being delicious, I decided to write one as modest support. Ever since I encountered this shop's tonkatsu, I came to prefer eating tonkatsu with salt rather than sauce. If you've never eaten tonkatsu with salt, I definitely want you to try the tonkatsu here once. By the way, my recommendation is the Filet Tonkatsu Set Meal. It comes with rice, salad, and red miso soup. Also, it's nice that you can choose the breadcrumbs and doneness. I make it RB breadcrumbs or low-calorie breadcrumbs depending on my mood that day. The batter not being thick is also a personally favorite point. I hope to go eat there again in the near future.
