Chanpon + small fried rice set for 1,100 yen. A popular restaurant along Route 310, I visited before noon and it happened to be empty. Tatami and table seating available. A lively town Chinese restaurant frequented by regulars. Piping hot chanpon takes time to eat due to the heat, with a portion and volume you wouldn't expect from a high-level set menu. The vegetable-packed ankake was delicious, but it's a bit much for an old man's belly 😋 The fried rice was the moist type and delicious. Friendly proprietress and staff. Payment is cash. Parking available for 2 cars in front of the restaurant. Next time I'll try the yakiniku on a different day of the week. Thank you for the meal.

A town Chinese restaurant in Shinkamicho, Naka Ward, Sakai City. Lunch is delicious every day, but... A special limited lunch only on Fridays! The yakiniku lunch, limited to only 16 servings, is exquisite and costs just ¥800!! The meat includes 3 types: beef, pork, and chicken, plus soup, kimchi, and rice. And it comes with the proprietress's nice customer service. Even though it's been quite a while since I last went, I'm happy she remembered me (^^ All the meat is delicious, but the chicken is exceptionally thick yet tender and juicy. You grill it yourself, and smoke comes at you lol Be careful as your clothes will pick up quite a bit of smell. The Chinese lunch on other days is also recommended ♪ Parking for 1 car in front of the restaurant ♪

Visited during lunchtime. I had the daily special A, karaage set. I was guided to a raised tatami table seat. I feel bad for being alone. As soon as I sat down, a pot of tea, pickled cucumber kimchi, and salt and pepper for the karaage were brought out promptly. Just seeing these cucumbers raised my expectations. Looks delicious! After a while, the rice, karaage, and soup arrived. Starting with the soup. It's piping hot, has a gentle flavor, and is extremely delicious. Many Chinese restaurants have salty soups like this, but this one is refreshing, like clear Japanese soup. Delicious 😋 The karaage has a thick batter, but it's crispy chicken thighs. This is also delicious 😋 Having a lemon included is a subtle yet happy touch. The single plate came with karaage, tamagoyaki, Vienna sausage, and salad, allowing me to enjoy it to the end without getting tired of it. The interior shows its age, but the staff were friendly and it was a good restaurant. Was it 900 yen? I think the cost performance is good. I'd like to visit again. Thank you for the meal 😋😋😋❗️❗️

Town Chinese No. 137" Despite being a Chinese restaurant, Fridays are open only for yakiniku lunch limited to the first 16 people. There are no menus inside the shop. I had wanted to go for a long time, but the timing didn't work out until now. I was worried if I could get in... A shop with tables and raised tatami seating, the classroom-style seating mentioned in other reviews was over (laughs), now it's just normal. I entered smoothly as the first customer. Everyone seems to know it well, and the seats filled up all at once afterwards. Couldn't take pictures of the inside. Even without ordering anything, I just communicated "large portion of rice", and the lunch was served immediately. Not even 1 minute passed. Handled by the proprietress alone. "Friday is the day the Chinese chef rests, so it became this format, it seems." Proper yakiniku lunch for 800 yen. Plus 100 yen for large rice. Good value, I guess. - The 3 types of yakiniku were delicious, but thanks to the harami in the middle, the offal had a lingering aftertaste later. A bit disappointing as it wasn't quite to my taste. It was a restaurant where I'd like to properly try the Chinese menu next time. Parking has space for about 1 car in front of the store, but it somehow looks like a spot to park bicycles. And since it's Route 310, it's hard to pull in. Stopping by the neighboring Konomiya "while shopping" seems like a good idea.
