Delicious! No gamey taste, fat doesn't feel heavy, meat that you can eat endlessly. The tongue, skirt steak, and namul are definitely repeat-worthy. I'm also curious about the menu items I haven't conquered yet, so a return visit is guaranteed.

The yukhoe is delicious, and the bone-in galbi was slightly surprising as the size was different from expected, but the richness of the fat is just right and goes well with rice.
