Fantastic service and delicious always. Recommend✨😄👍
View on GoogleVisited with my husband for lunch for the first time. It was past 1 o'clock, but there were customers here and there. I was bothered that the table and menu were sticky... The food was so-so. It took a little time from ordering to arrival. There is no restroom inside the restaurant, so you have to go to the Wings restroom located adjacently. Parking is available at Wings, and you get a parking ticket when you eat. First hour free + valid up to 3 hours.
View on GoogleVisited around 19:40 on a very windy and cold day. Last order at 20:30, closing at 21:00. Around 20:20 while eating, I felt cold air coming from above and was cold, so I asked a young female staff member if she could turn up the heating. She left saying she would check, and called out in a loud voice, "◯◯-san, is the heating on?" It seemed it was off, and a loud voice replied from the kitchen where no face or figure could be seen, "The heating is offー!" I think this is terrible customer service towards customers. This young female staff member had a bad attitude the whole time, and I felt very unpleasant. A male staff member came afterwards and explained, "I'm sorry, the heating is set to turn off at 20:00...", but I cannot understand why the heating turns off while customers are eating. By the way, there were other customers besides us. There were also small children and I came with my in-laws, so I didn't say anything to avoid ruining the mood, but since it's a place where you have to eat while freezing, those who go should be careful.
View on GoogleKatsuki, a chain restaurant, has flavors that are neither hit nor miss and is safe. The female floor staff who served us was friendly and we were able to have a pleasant meal. I ordered the set of oysters and shiso-wrapped pork, but the tartar sauce was a bit lacking, so she brought it to me in a separate dish. Cabbage, miso soup, and rice are refillable. The tea served looks like hojicha, but it seems to be a tea called Ebisu tea, and it was my first time drinking it. It was surprisingly delicious tea.
View on GoogleDelicious as usual! A restaurant I want to go eat at again! Thank you for the meal! You can refill your rice, miso soup, and cabbage
