I came here as 1 person. Nice old Showa-style restaurant has been here apparently 40 years. The kushi katsu is very delicious, fresh and master has excellent knowledge of Kushikatsu. I tried virtually every kushikatsu on the menu and was sooo delicious. Staff are friendly, some staff speak english. Excellent cost performance for the quality. I recommend tamago and tako and asparagus kushi katsu, and salted chicken wings. Nama biru is good price, and nice umeshu and Nihon shu from Aomori and Niigata. Very close to station, can get busy some nights. There is 9 or 10 places at counter, and 4 space at rear tatami. Master is very kind! The atmosphere is calm and interesting. I always look forward to coming here.

This is my favorite kushi katsu restaurant that I visit regularly. When I come to this place, the kushi katsu is so delicious that I end up eating a bit too much. Every single kushi katsu fried by the owner is exquisite, with a crispy batter and the deliciousness of the ingredients standing out firmly. Even so, the price is very reasonable, which makes me happy as I can order various kinds casually. I always order lotus root, cheese, asparagus, potato, and others. They are all consistently delicious, and before I know it, I end up ordering several more skewers. Highballs drunk while munching on freshly fried food are simply the best. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and perfect for everyday use. It's the first place that comes to mind when I want to enjoy delicious kushi katsu to my heart's content. The kushi katsu is a bit small. Taste is good. There is no parking lot, but there is a coin parking lot nearby.

I went with my wife just after opening, arriving as the very first customers. [Service] First, the owner is unfriendly. The female staff member who came to work later also, right after I received my change at checkout, I looked at her face and said "thank you for the meal", but she turned her head away and ignored me... Even when passing in front of the owner, I looked towards him and said "thank you for the meal", but he never looked back at me. I could understand if he was busy attending to other customers, but from right after opening until we left, there were zero other customers. [Food] I ordered a draft beer, but it tasted strange, perhaps due to poor maintenance of the tap dispenser. Those who mind might be better off ordering bottled beer. The kushi katsu ingredients were too small. Taste and price were average. As a result, it felt a little over-priced. We ate while following the rules and manners, but it was a very unpleasant restaurant. We left "Katsushin" after about 30 minutes and went into a restaurant on the Fukai rotary side, and that restaurant was supreme. For your reference!!

Dropped in on a whim, but it was freshly fried and delicious 🍻 I intended to order a little and leave at the second stop, but ended up ordering quite a bit ✨
