it was the first time to go to kappa Ramen. The taste was better than I had expected, especially the soup, Koime, was good. I wanted to try another taste in the near future
View on GoogleI was looking for delicious ramen and I found it here
View on GoogleOften went when it opened Kappa Ramen Stopped by in the middle of work after a long time. Unlike when I used to go Interior is terribly renovated Tables and chairs have a completely different atmosphere Impression that the number of seats has increased a lot. I felt that they were giving hospitality that makes it fun even for families with children. Speaking of ramen Please don't rely on this because it's a matter of preference Unfortunately the taste feels very lowered The soup is also lukewarm Regarding fried rice I think the taste is solid, but It's mushy and I don't like it There are many ramen shops nearby So I think it's hard, but I want them to do their best
View on GoogleOrdered because there was some interesting ramen. It was written: Not Jiro. But it's clearly conscious of Jiro. That itself is totally fine, but anyway it's lukewarm. Unbelievably lukewarm. What's more, the chashu is cold. I don't dislike the taste (or rather Jiro's taste), but I'm angry that they serve such a lick-spittle ramen. The clerk was also salty, and training was completely not done. Maybe not everyone is like that, but bad ramen with bad attitude clerks. At this point, not worth going. It used to be deliciousー
View on GoogleI'm a weak-stomach girl who dislikes oily ramen. When entering a new shop, I hope there is a "light" option. Here at Kappa Ramen, there was! Especially the menma is exceptional! A level I want to buy and take home. The chashu and noodles are not quirky, an orthodox taste. No wonder it's a bustling shop along this street lined with many ramen shops. The store staff are mostly foreigners, but they move very briskly, their Japanese is polite, and they properly repeat the menu, giving a good impression. I remember going to the Shinsaibashi store over 30 years ago, and it was delicious then too. I was very satisfied with the unchanging taste. Although I'm a weak-stomach girl, I finished all the soup, and my companion was very surprised. Oh, you can now choose the firmness of the noodles. I ordered the softest noodles. Recommended for girls who are not good at ramen! In fact, there were a few female customers alone. Honestly, it's an atmosphere that is difficult for a woman to enter alone, but the inside has an interior like an old diner, somewhat Showa retro. The store is spacious and relaxing. It is the "Ramen Category No. 1" in my past!
