Very delicious Ramen in Sakai. Walking distance from Sakai Station
View on GoogleReally a great small shop of Lamen ! Though only few seats !
View on GoogleNice beef broth ramen
View on GoogleThe basic ramen had a broth that felt like the beef bone soup (sagol-guk) I used to eat in Korea. It went down easily, no heaviness. The meat topping was tender too. I was curious about the tsukemen too so I ordered it, and it was savory and delicious, so even though I was fairly full I could finish it all. I got curious after seeing a lady next to me who came alone also order boiled dumplings. The shop is bar-style, and I remember there being about 5 seats(?). The owner seemed to have a calm personality. The radio was on, so the atmosphere had a certain vibe.
View on GoogleA beef bone ramen shop A simple ramen with a hearty, punchy paitan beef bone broth and thin, straight fresh noodles, topped with soft, melt-in-your-mouth chashu, finely shredded green onion, and kaiware daikon. Counter seats only, 6 seats; it's close to Sakai Station but only suitable for small groups, and the aroma from simmering the beef bones is fairly strong.
