I went for lunch and had the shoyu ramen for 800 yen and the noon service rice for 50 yen. The soup is a mix of animal-based dashi like pork bone and chicken bones with a shoyu tare seasoning, the noodles are curly square-cut noodles, and the toppings are braised pork belly chashu, menma, and chopped white green onions. It's a simple yet orthodox chukasoba style, deep in flavor, with a fairly strong saltiness but a mild fat, and a mellow, nice aroma. The noodles have a cheap feel to them, but the finish is good, and their combination with the soup and the overall harmony are faultless. The toppings are also good, and the chashu is wonderfully delicious. Truly, it feels like delicious ramen for everyday use. Store hygiene is standard, and the price is exceptionally cheap. The hospitality of the staff seems standard, neither lacking nor excessive. Total rating is 4 stars.
View on GoogleI heard this is a popular restaurant for tantan tsukemen, so I decided to visit this time. A feature of their tantan tsukemen is that you can choose the spiciness from 10 levels, and since I'm not very good with spicy food, I ordered level '1'. Even with low spiciness, you can still clearly taste the umami, so I think even those who dislike spicy food can enjoy it. On this day, the ticket vending machine was broken, so they were handling payments in cash. It might be fine normally, but personally, I felt that being able to use cashless payments like QR code payments would make it even more convenient. I asked for my noodles served warm (atsumori). The rich dipping broth contained chashu and menma, offering a solid umami and richness. It clung well to the noodles, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the very end. It was understandable why it's a popular restaurant. I think it might be nice to challenge myself by raising the spice level a bit next time. I will visit again. 🍜✨🔥😊
View on GoogleAte here because I happened to drop by nearby after a long time. The shop has quite a lot of age to it, I wonder if they will renovate soon or something. Large pork belly tantan tsukemen 1700 yen, spiciness level 5 Noodles thicker than disposable chopsticks, delicious pork belly chashu, and a tantan dipping broth containing moderately spicy minced meat. The bowl for the dipping broth is huge, making it a bit difficult to eat, but the taste is indisputable, I was stuffed... though considering the cost-performance, it's a bit微妙 (questionable). Adding gyoza to this would exceed 2000 yen. The taste is undoubtedly delicious, but since it's only a cash ticket machine with this pricing and atmosphere, customers tend to complain even before eating, so I thought it might be better if they cleaned it up a bit~
View on GoogleDes nouilles épaisses et dures comme on aime, un bouillon un tout petit peu épicé et goûteux au point d'être imbuvable sans mizuwari, plein de chashu, c'est tout ce qu'on veut
View on GoogleI heard their tantanmen is recommended, so my wife and I compared the ramen and tsukemen. The soup was full of minced meat, and I could feel the dedication put into it. For the noodles, we had thin curly noodles for the ramen, and thick noodles for the tsukemen. They went perfectly with the soup. Also, the gyoza was a shock! Apparently, you can choose from 6 different flavors, and you can change all 6 pieces on a single plate to different flavors. We ordered the 'Shrimp Shiso', and it was ridiculously delicious. You definitely should try this.
