I love the food at Shunsa Ikyu. I also love the personality of Mama Chieko and all the staff. Even when I have no appetite, Ikyu's side dishes revive me; their use of salt is superb and I try to copy it, but I just can't! Delicious side dishes. Chieko-san and all the staff, thank you for providing delicious food. Thank you for the meal.

This is a homey shop. Both the hamburger steak and sardines were delicious. It seems to have gotten busy after appearing on TV, so I recommend making a reservation before going. The salad is topped with a homemade, refreshing dressing that makes it easy to eat, and at the end I also had the recommended chilled zenzai. This is a precious and memorable shop for me.

I was deeply moved by the wonderful service of the kind mama. Despite the reasonable price, I could enjoy grilled fish, sashimi, simmered dishes, tempura, chawanmushi, miso soup, seasonal dessert, and coffee while chatting leisurely in a tatami room with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Thank you so much for letting us spend such a great time m(_ _)m

It's a hideaway-like shop. A delicious shop with plenty of vegetables. Delicious and satisfying.
