The chicken in the torimeshi was hollow and had lost flavor. The beef yakiniku bento was average. The problem is that at this branch, after making a purchase, you sometimes get told 'Actually we were out of stock.' (And their attitude is bad too). As a place providing service, I think it's finished.

As other people posted, there were missing items in the order placed via mobile ordering, and it seems the store side doesn't check properly. I ended up having to take the time and trouble to drive back to pick it up, which left me with a bad experience.

It's delicious precisely because they make it after you order. However, it takes time accordingly. 10 to 20 minutes even when there's no one, and over an hour when it's crowded. Mobile ordering is recommended.

I bought three tempura assortments. First, small trash was inside the lining paper of two of the three tempuras. The menu states that the assortment contains 7 types and 8 pieces of tempura. The first one had everything included properly. The second one was missing lotus root and only had 7 pieces. The third one had 2 pieces of lotus root and no chicken tempura. Even though it's delicious, it's very disappointing. I think this is a matter for a complaint m(__)m. When I went to talk to the store the next day, they apologized and gave me a full refund. They had a good attitude, so I added a 🌟.

When I went after work around 21:20, a boy who looked like a high school part-timer told me that last order had passed and they couldn't make anything from now on. When I went at the exact same time on a different day, a different boy staff member took my order normally. What was up with that first boy?
