This a training restaurant for teppanyaki chefs. They have Australian meat and local. The Australian filet is well worth it.

View on GoogleI used this place for the first time the other day. I had heard rumors somewhere that it was delicious and was curious. Even at lunch, it costs at least in the 3,000 yen range, but I was able to eat very delicious meat 😋 This time I had the Australian filet. It was very tender, low in fat, and I could clearly taste the rich flavor of the meat—exactly the kind of meat I like. When ordering, you could also increase portions of the meat or rice. The interior had a calm atmosphere with jazz playing, and a large teppan right in front of us. It was great to be able to enjoy a high-end ambiance without having to go all the way into the city. I'll go again ☺️
View on GoogleI couldn't go on Mother's Day itself, so I went on a different day to express my gratitude to my mom. I added a hamburg steak, and though I wasn't planning to add more meat, I was asked 'Would you like some meat?' and ended up adding it in the flow of things, leaving me super stuffed at the end. Everything was delicious, but I wish the shrimp heads and tails were a bit crunchier. The meat inside the hamburg steak—maybe because I thought it was stewed—had a lot of tough parts. The hamburg steak itself is delicious. It's delicious wrapped in rich sauce throughout, but it's a pity the rice was pilaf. Being meat, I wanted to eat it with plain white rice. Why put the meat on toasted white bread? It gets collected again, toasted, and sugared. Hmm, I somehow don't really like that. Dessert was sherbet and a drink. Compared to other places, it's a bit lackluster for the price. The taste and the staff's service were good.
