【April 7, 2026】 A steak and Japanese-style Western-food restaurant in its 6th year, about a 2-minute walk from the south entrance/exit of 堺駅 on the Nankai Main Line. I stopped by right as weekday lunch service began. There are many intriguing eateries around 竜神橋町 I was going to order the デミハンバーグと大きなエビフライ lunch for 1700円, but the hamburg steaks had already sold out through reservations, so I ordered ハラミのカットステーキランチ, 200g2200円 The harami steak was delicious, with ideal meat quality and cooking. I could easily have gone for 300g3300円 instead. Of course, white rice and soup were included; the soup was beef-bone broth with wakame Besides harami, the steak lunches include haneshita, tenderloin, and beef tongue. The Western-style dishes include hamburg steak, fried shrimp, crab cream croquettes, tonkatsu, and fried oysters, but since the owner runs everything alone, quantities seem likely to be limited.

I'd never eaten around 堺駅 before, so I visited. Since it was my first time, I ordered 黒毛和牛特選コース. It began with a salad topped with scrambled eggs, followed by wagyu tataki and wagyu aburi yukke, both apparently made with the hiuchi cut that day, and both delicious. Next, I enjoyed thick-cut premium beef tongue, a large fried shrimp, and Chateaubriand steak with red wine. To finish, rice with raw egg and wakame soup, followed by vanilla ice cream and homemade chocolate for dessert. Thanks for the meal. ２nd visit. Again I ordered the most expensive 黒毛和牛特選コース, though even that is cheap here. I enjoyed the special salad, wagyu tataki and aburi yukke, thick-cut premium beef tongue, a large fried shrimp, and this time wagyu sirloin steak (since I'd had Chateaubriand last time). To finish, rice with raw egg and wakame soup, with homemade rare gâteau au chocolat and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Thanks for the meal. Ah❕️I forgot I could order abalone〜but I'm full(⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)

I visited for lunch. I had the APO Steak Lunch, named after the restaurant. The salad and soup were of course good, and the meat was tender and very delicious. The meat was already cut, so I ate it with chopsticks. Next time I'd like to come at night too.

I happened to find it and got in right after opening, but it seems better to make a reservation. Customers came in one after another. I parked at a nearby coin parking lot. With the APO Steak Set you can eat 2 kinds of meat. You can also choose the weight of the meat in grams. The wakame soup has a nice beef bone aroma too! The rice is glossy, and the steak and rice go really well together! It seems takeout is also available. It's a place I'd like to come to at night and enjoy with wine.

Visited this highly rated restaurant for the first time for lunch on Christmas Eve. I had the hamburg steak and fried shrimp lunch, and my wife had the APO Steak Lunch. The hamburg steak and fried shrimp I had were both very delicious! The hamburg steak was 100% domestic beef, a thick patty with a slightly red, rare part left inside, with a rich meat flavor, insanely good❗️ When I asked the manager afterwards, apparently lunch is limited to 8 servings, and on weekdays they sell out within 30 minutes of opening. I was lucky to get to eat it🤞 The fried shrimp was also a very large head-on shrimp🦐 The plump shrimp inside the crispy batter was the best. The APO Steak Lunch my wife had was harami and fillet steak, and it seemed very delicious too. Both were domestic beef, very tender, and the portion seemed plenty. A very delicious, filling lunch at a reasonable price, it was the best! Sakai City has many delicious yoshoku restaurants, but considering the taste, price, staff service, and variety of drinks, this restaurant is without a doubt top class❗️❗️ I'd like to visit again!
