Rich ramen based on slow-simmered chicken bone tori paitan! Recommended for thick and muddy ramen lovers! 【Menu ordered】Tax included ・Soy Sauce Ramen 780 yen ・Miso Ramen 880 yen ・Seafood Tsukemen 980 yen + Half Fried Rice + Gyoza Set 550 yen --------------- 【Impression】 Went there hearing it was delicious! I was wondering how to read the shop's name, and it turned out to be "Gomen-yassha"! It makes me think of Yoshimoto Shin-kigeki lol Ramen based on slow-simmered tori paitan is of the thick and muddy type! The soy sauce ramen I had was as rich in appearance as miso ramen! It seems to be the shop's specialty. It was muddy and had a richness that matched its appearance. Miso ramen has thick, curly noodles! With the richness and thickness like Sapporo miso, the thick noodles clung well to the soup and matched great. The seafood tsukemen had such a great aroma that the bonito scent reached me even before it arrived at the table ✨ Umami of seafood felt softly from the first bite! I tried comparing all 3, but the tsukemen was the most delicious 😋 The fried rice ordered as a set was quite light, and since the ramen was rich, having it go down smoothly was good. The gyoza skins were crispy! The interior is old but kept clean, and it was quite spacious, so recommended for lunch refugees too! It was a shop where the staff were very lively and energetic ☺ --------------- 【Points】 ・Counter, table seats, tatami seating available ・Children's chairs available at tatami seating (doesn't seem to be a kids' menu) ------------- 📷 Thank you for watching until the end ♩

A ramen shop whose selling points are tori paitan and seafood broth. The noodles are smooth, chewy, and delicious. Side menus such as toppings, fried rice, and gyoza are also extensive.

I hadn't been able to go for years, but walking past it after a long time, I went for lunch alone. Ordered soy sauce ramen, but even though it's tori paitan ramen, it was so rich that I briefly panicked thinking I'd mistaken it for tonkotsu ramen. However, because it's tori paitan, it was lighter and easier to eat than it looked. Since it's a bit small in portion, it's just right for women, but for men, you might feel unsatisfied unless you get a kaedama (extra noodle refill) or a side menu. Although not written on the menu, a customer at the next table was ordering their noodles' firmness. The staff member is cheerful and attentive, so you feel comfortable even walking in alone. The interior cleaning is also well-maintained.

Everyone seems to mistake it for tonkotsu. A tori paitan ramen shop! It seems to have muddy soup with types like salt, miso, and soy sauce. I tried the tori paitan salt. Lighter than expected and refreshingly delicious. The gyoza skins are baked to a crisp, quite distinctive and delicious.

I've visited several times. Ordered the seafood tsukemen this time again. When I'm getting tired of rich seafood-tonkotsu soups, the seafood (niboshi) soup that can be enjoyed refreshingly personally hits the spot for me. Staff service is polite, and the interior is kept clean, making it comfortable. Thank you for the meal.
