Evance in Sakai, Osaka offers delicious, fresh food presented beautifully. The tea is a great value, and overall, it's a wonderful place to have a good time.

I am very critical when I review food but this restaurant was delicious.. I had the A course and everything was really good.. wish the portions was bigger though because I’m craving more of that clam chowder.. not cheap but the quality is on a very high level. I’ve read the 1 star reviews of this restaurant and I can only suggest to give it one more try because for me it was well worth the price and even better than places that charge 10 times the price

I went to the casual Italian restaurant "Evance" in Minami-ku. Since it used to be a yakiniku restaurant, the duct remains on the ceiling inside the store, which is a bit interesting atmosphere. A casual yet cozy space. This time I ordered the course where you can enjoy everything for 3025 yen. The contents are solidly lined up with appetizer, soup, bread, salad, main, and drink, giving a sense of satisfaction. Chilled corn soup has a solid sweetness, and coupled with the coolness, it's a pretty delicious dish. The main can be chosen from several types, and this time I chose hamburg steak. Served in an iron pot with hot soup, the style is to scoop the hamburg and soup with a spoon to eat, and this is an outstanding match. It was an easy-to-use restaurant where you can casually enjoy a solid course.

Even though I made a reservation, I was told there was no reservation, and after a while, "your seat is here", without any response as to whether they missed the reservation or if the reservation didn't go through. They didn't bring the menu for a while, so I had to urge them. Either way, was it a time when seats were totally OK without a reservation? At the time of leaving the store, the parking lot was full, so it feels like a reservation is necessary. Also, the old man dressed like a chef has bad service. The food is delicious, which is a pity.

I sometimes drive past the road in front, so I knew the location, but when I parked the car and looked at the store, it was more wonderful than expected! It has been operating since 1971, and the moderate vintage feel is very fashionable. There are two entrances, the left side says cafe, and the right side is written restaurant. The inside of the store is slightly dim and lamps are placed on each table, full of mood ♡ In the back there is a large grand piano, and piano concerts are sometimes held. Lunch has single items like pizza and salad, and courses. Course menus ranging from 1815 yen to 6800 yen are prepared. Now it's the sirloin fair, and there was also a Kuroge Wagyu sirloin steak course! I chose the [Evance Course] with dessert. You can choose soup, main dish, drink, and dessert respectively, and appetizer, salad, and today's bread are included. 4 types of bite-sized antipasto.
