Great spicy Sri Lanka fusion food and really friendly couple of owners

Domjin Spice Cafe" in Sakai, Osaka This time I had the "Pike Conger Vindaloo Curry". It is topped with colorful side dishes and spices, whetting your appetite just by looking at it. The pike conger has a fluffy texture, and goes exceptionally well with the spiced vindaloo curry. The acidity and spiciness overlap, and the more you eat, the more you feel the depth of the spices. You can also enjoy the changing flavors of the accompanying vegetables and turmeric lemon soup, allowing you to finish it all without getting tired of it. It's a place where you can enjoy unique and authentic spice curry.

Domjin Triple Plate Large serving of rice Spicy You can choose chicken curry and two other types of curry! I chose beef tendon curry and littleneck clam curry! All of them are packed with ingredients, and delicious! Spiced curry is so delicious! Before I knew it, I was sweating while eating (lol). And the kind service from the owner and his wife was comforting. I will definitely drop by again! By the way, there was an electric seat cushion on the seat which was extremely warm and thoughtful! That was the first time I've ever been to a restaurant like that 😆 Thank you for the meal 🐱

I entered the restaurant with 5 table seats right after it opened. There was 1 customer ahead of me. After taking a seat and receiving a polite explanation about the menu, I ordered the "Domjin Double Plate". It comes with turmeric lemon soup and a drink. For the W Plate, you can choose one curry from the "Today's Double-Combo Curry" in addition to chicken curry. As for the spiciness, it seems you can choose from 6 levels from 1 to MAX, and this time I chose "2". It was a level slightly spicier than general medium spice. For the double-combo curry, I chose beef tendon and thick fried tofu in sake lees and green onion curry. The curry has a punchy, strong spice flavor. The soup and side dishes have an acidic flavor, which makes the spiciness stand out even more. This might be a matter of personal taste, but personally, I love it because I can enjoy it while tasting the spices. For the post-meal drink, I had the homemade blend (iced only) of ceylon tea and mint tea, which is supposedly blended to match the curry, and it was perfect for someone like me who loves tea. The restaurant seems to be run by a husband and wife, and the service is good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also comfortable. I hope to find a chance to go eat here again. I visited for lunch on a Saturday. It was a cozy scale with about 5 sets of tables (each for 2 people), and it felt like it was run by 2 people, the owner and his wife?? The MENU system is to choose a base chicken curry plus 1 or 2 kinds of combo curry. We ordered the 2 kinds (double). The accompanying turmeric soup has an exquisite spice feel, acidity, and a lemon accent that I've never tasted before, which was impressive 👍️ As for the curry itself, to be honest, I could eat the base chicken curry every day 🍛 The egg curry I chose and my companion's pulled pork curry had different roux flavors, giving a gap of flavor changes that was delicious and a lot of fun. The rice is turmeric rice. The variety of garnishes around the curry is also delicious and maxes out satisfaction. The mint tea that came out at the end was a first for me and had an incomparable refreshing feeling, and I personally thought about buying it online. The parking lot can only park about 2 cars in front of the shop, and payment is cash only. A curry restaurant you must revisit!
