I went for delivery, but no greeting, and speaking casually (tameguchi). It's fine to ask for the product name, but after I greeted them as a delivery person, the store owner ignored me without greeting back, and when I stated the product number, asked 'what's the product name??' in an intimidating casual tone. Being treated like this is unpleasant, so I won't deliver here in the future.

The store owner's aloof attitude is weird. He doesn't answer right away when I say something, responding with a one-tempo delay. An aloof attitude is not pleasant.

I can understand 100 steps that he's running a one-man operation, dealing with customers in the shop, and cooking for a rush of deliveries which makes it tough, and I kinda feel sorry for him~ But if you're going to give such a disrespectful attitude to the person delivering, I think you should stop doing delivery.

The male clerk was super arrogant and it scared me. He probably isn't cut out for customer service.

Loved by a wide range of people from children to adults... Super helpful being reasonable.
