Honestly, this place is super delicious 😋🍴 A long-established neighborhood Chinese restaurant loved by locals 🙌 Generous portions yet reasonable prices 💪 And famous for having such a quirky parking lot that parking is super difficult 🅿️🤣 That restaurant is right here 💁💁‍♀️💁‍♂️ Hyakkasen-san 🙌 Located about 1 kilometer from Nunose Station, a bit tough to get to without a bus or car lol I visited after hearing the fried rice is good, but my eyes got glued to an unfamiliar menu item 👀✨✨ Taromen... what is that? lol I don't know how to read it 🤣 Even looking at the menu, it says soy sauce flavor with katakuriko (starch) thickening... Well, nobody knows that 🤣 lol So I got curious and ordered it 🙌 〼 Taromen 803 yen 〼 Fried Rice 748 yen ・Taromen An ankake (thickened sauce) soy sauce ramen packed with ingredients ✨ Exactly the kind I love lol 🥰 The ingredients are loaded with seafood, vegetables, and meat, making it a super luxurious dish 💪 Because the starch sauce is quite viscous, it stays piping hot until the very end. By the way, it seems to be pronounced taromen lol ・Fried Rice Well, well It's simple, but with lard working its magic, I think this is a pretty high-level fried rice 🤔 It's so much to my liking that it ranks pretty high even in Osaka! Customers really do keep coming incessantly, making it very easy to understand why it's super popular 🤣 lol This place is definitely worth a repeat visit 🔁

The gyoza was amazingly delicious. Since I had also ordered champon, I wanted to eat more gyoza, but had to give up. The liver in the stir-fried green peppers and liver had a slight odor, and I could only eat one piece. If I go there again next time, I'd like to try different dishes from this time. Also, it's very unfortunate that the parking lot is hard to park in.

I always passed by it and was curious, but I happened to get caught at a traffic light and managed to squeeze in when a spot opened up, so I went in. Driving a Hiace, I somehow managed to back up and park. Once inside, I was guided to the counter. Right next to me, someone who looked like the master was wrapping gyoza. I ordered the daily special and gyoza. (You're bound to order them when they're wrapped right next to you). Shortly after, the piping hot set meal and gyoza arrived. Both were delicious! The vibe is similar to Lairai Hanten in Shimoshi, Nara. I'd love to come back if the car were easier to park.

I passed right in front of the shop countless times. The car space was always full, and I've always wanted to drop by. Illegal parking attracts the green bugs (parking enforcement), so you have to be careful. Are there no coin parking lots nearby? Inside, there are table seats and counter seats. The main area has tatami seating. I can't read the menu... Desperately searching for familiar Japanese words inside the parentheses. Also, in China, it's better to leave a little bit of food. Leaving food behind means you ate until you were full, whereas leaving nothing means you didn't have enough... This is Japan! With that thought, of course I polished everything off. I'm sure the seasoning is tailored to Japanese tastes, but it's not too heavy and everything is delicious. The classics—fried rice, gyoza, sweet and sour pork, karaage, and ramen—are top-notch. My daughter's husband is Chinese, and he praised it like crazy. So both the taste and quantity are outstanding.

A place that feels like a classic "machi-chuka" (a neighborhood-centric Chinese restaurant) located on the north side of Oizumi Ryokuchi 🍚 🥢 Restaurant Features • Genre: Casual popular Chinese cuisine (staples like ramen, mapo tofu, set meals, etc.) • Price Range: Inexpensive, around 1,000 yen to 2,000 yen Generous portions 💯 • Business Hours: Two-part business hours for lunch and dinner (Closed on Tuesdays) • Seating: Tables + tatami seating available, OK for families Lunch had generous portions, offered great value for money, and was very delicious 💛💛🤩🙏🏻 I've also posted photos of the menu and the lunch menu!
