The place is very nice and the staff is friendly, helpful and full of smiles. Having no time limit is a great plus and the variety of foodstuffs is surprising -- Many desserts! Unfortunately, I can't like the place at all. Food is overall a bit salty and sushi is really not worthy the extra bucks they charge on the standard course. None of that's a big deal though. The main problem here's that the dishes there are FILTHY. Plates, cups, trays, everything, just filthy and disgusting. Their dishwasher needs a serious upgrade or fixing ASAP

I ordered the Petit Course on a Sunday. It was all carbs, and the only meat was a little in the pasta, so it felt a bit lacking. Overall I think the quality matches the price. It might be good for students who want to eat their fill. The taste quality is as everyone else says. The salad booth where you fill one plate was super good! That alone seems to make it worth the price. Also, the staff are really kind.

2025.10 "Pan Palette" in Ario Otori / Food Area 3F At lunchtime there's a 45-minute half buffet (Express course / 990 yen / excl. tax), so you can eat quickly. Outside busy hours (around 14–15:00), the atmosphere lets even solo diners relax. Inside, eating and clearing up are self-service, but there are lots of topping types and customizable menu options, including combinations and vegetables. The staff always seem busy restocking, but if customers mind their manners too, the atmosphere in the shop is nice, so I feel it's great value for money. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the meal~

We came for the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink! The no-time-limit thing is great! Since it's buffet style you can take whatever you like, and it's lovely that sushi and meat dishes are brought to you via table ordering! The buffet has lots of kinds of fresh salad, 2 kinds of pizza, 3 kinds of pasta, udon and rice dishes, and the long row of sweets impressed me too! Adults and kids alike enjoyed it without ever struggling to find something to eat! Whether for a meal or for tea, I think it's easy to use for all kinds of occasions. The all-you-can-drink is make-it-yourself style, so you can choose what you like from lots of options, and even make your own original cocktails! There's a wide range of flavored teas too, which makes me happy! Even with lots of customers, it never got so crowded that it was hard to get food; everything was smooth. Parking is free, and it's within walking distance from the nearest station, Otori. Since it's in Ario, a shopping complex, you can stop by while running other errands.

It's just dirty; it kills any desire to eat or drink. The glasses, plates, and tableware are so dirty I doubt they even get washed I ordered the most expensive option, but there were so few menu items it wasn't really worth it, and the steak was tough too. The staff have a good attitude and are kind, but it's way too unsanitary and I don't want to go again. Now I understand why it was empty even on a Sunday
