Visited for lunch. I had the nigiri set (besides the nigiri, you can choose one of udon, red miso soup, or chawanmushi), and everything was very delicious. The owner seems stern at first glance, but actually has a great sense of humor and chatted with us in a friendly way—the warm atmosphere left an impression. The interior is calm too, so I could take my time enjoying the meal. I usually go to chain sushi restaurants, but here I discovered a different kind of appeal. The tekka maki and salmon were especially delicious. I'd definitely like to come again.

Visited for lunch this time. The brisk, lively owner recommended the premium nigiri and the Uoshige gozen. First off, the premium nigiri is just lavish and delicious. On top of that, it comes with chawanmushi or udon, so that alone fills you up. They're open at night too, so I'd like to come eat again with my wife.

2024.8.17 around 17:30 While I was out I suddenly craved sushi, so I looked it up on Google Maps and went There was a free parking lot 🅿️ near the shop Inside there was a photo of Hidekazu Akai and his wife, and an autograph from Shigekix from 2023 The two of us at the counter 🍣 First, premium nigiri with dobinmushi, and premium nigiri with chawanmushi Then lots of sushi à la carte 🍣 I got told "You sure can eat a lot of sushi 💦" 🤣🤣🤣ꉂ🤣🤣🤣𐤔𐤔 "This one's on the house," and we got marlin ❣️ The dobinmushi had so many ingredients, I was surprised ‼️ My first time ever eating dobinmushi (*´д`*) The scallop, which rarely comes in, was delicious ❣️ Everything was delicious ˚₊*୧⃛(๑⃙⃘⁼̴̀꒳⁼̴́๑⃙⃘)୨⃛*₊˚⋆ Next time I want to go on a day with more kinds of fish ❣️

In Handa, Sayama City, Osaka Prefecture… Uoshige. The fish is fresh and there's a wide variety ☆ The chef is quite the talker, so we had a fun time ♪ There's plenty of room to park~ and the inside is spacious, so it's easy to use ☆

Visited at lunchtime on a Sunday. It was bustling with regulars, and there was just barely a seat free, so we could sit right away. I ordered the 1100 yen lunch nigiri. Both the sushi and the cold udon that came with the set were delicious. There's also parking about 50 m from the shop.
