Delicious. After a long time, this word sums it up! The firmness of the noodles, the throat feel, the taste of the dashi, the deliciousness of the side dishes, and careful attention to detail. Wonderful. Of the wonderfulness of the food, of course the service is also wonderful. Somehow, there is only things to praise, but it ends up like this because it's wonderful. If you drop by the neighborhood, please go.
View on GoogleGlossy noodles whet the appetite. Delicious before eating! The awesome go-to noodles with a gummy texture are voluminous. Even the regular size fills your stomach and satisfies! Awaji chicken is thick yet super tender. Whatever you have, they really do a great job. Yes. Here you go~ ヾ(*’O’*)/
View on GoogleFamily dinner at "Sanuki Udon Ittetsu" ❤️ "Awaji Chicken Toriten Bukkake" Lunch after going to "Tentoumushi Park" with the family♪ Came for the first time in a while! And then, no way~! Too delicious‼️ Super-duper delicious 👏👏 Isn't this at the top level for Osaka's stiff noodles? Crazy. Really delicious. The bukkake dashi is also perfect‼️ Nice balance 👍👍 Udon fever again! I think I'll go tour udon shops again 🤩
View on GoogleI've eaten various things, but so far it's number 1. I also went to a famous udon shop in Kagawa, but the dashi was mild and the tempura was pre-made. However, at Ittetsu, they fry the tempura after ordering, and the dashi is piping hot. The noodles are firmly chewy and go down the throat well. I think it's a hidden gem. I think everyone who comes here thinks this is number 1.
View on GoogleMy son said there was a good udon shop, so we visited with the family. To sum up, it was insanely delicious. The Ibuki iriko dashi and chewy noodles are both high level, and after eating, the price felt cheap. What I ordered: Meat gobo udon 1,180 yen Tama-kake gohan 300 yen Meat gobo udon as it says plenty of gobo, but that gobo is thick! I imagined shredded gobo, but a pleasant surprise w After finishing the noodles, I put udon dashi instead of soy sauce on the tama-kake gohan and ate it, and this was also delicious! Since the day of the visit was a weekday past 14:00, it was empty, but it's worth eating even if you have to wait in line. The parking lot has several spaces in front of the shop and there was also a second parking lot on the immediate right after crossing the intersection of Route 310 from the shop.
