The "loin katsudon" I had this time was a dish where the commitment unique to a specialty restaurant could be felt everywhere. The cutlet as the main character, while soaked in dashi, wonderfully retained the crispness of the batter, and the meat quality was very tender and juicy. The half-cooked state of the egg wrapping it was also perfect, gently bringing together the sweetness of the dashi and the umami of the cutlet. The compatibility between the dashi that soaked well to the bottom of the bowl and the fluffy cooked rice was also outstanding, and there was a sense of satisfaction that made chopsticks unstoppable. It is a very dignified katsudon that makes the most of the goodness of the ingredients of each dish. Thank you for the meal.

The food was no problem and very delicious. Maybe because it was a weekday and a time to avoid crowds, the floor staff felt a little unenthusiastic, and now is the time if they could make a better impression.

The parking lot is large and easy to park. The variety of menus is also abundant, but I gave 4 stars because there is no combination of loin and fillet. It's disappointing that the pickle refill service is gone, it's as delicious as that. I want pickle refills more than shijimi soup
