As a sushi restaurant in an inland area, it was good that fresh toppings were prepared. However, there were also disappointing aspects as many items were sold out. The part-timers were too young and didn't know the know-how of a drinking establishment, which caused some trouble, but I thought that was cute.

Sudachi and sprout green onion are abundantly included, topping size is 1.2 to 1.3 times the normal size! Occasionally about 1.5 times(^^) Not fresh wasabi, but this grated wasabi has an exquisite balance! The asari clams in the clear soup are plenty! ● Eel Box Sushi @600 Seared and delicious! Used it for lunch. I ordered medium nigiri (1800 yen), and lunch comes with clear soup, which is a great deal. Not knowing the volume, I also ordered unagi box sushi (600 yen), but unfortunately couldn't finish it. The taste itself was undeniably delicious. Definitely a repeat. Thank you for the meal.

Endo-san's carefully selected seasonal fresh ingredients are all lined up, and they serve delicious exquisite dishes. Every time I come, I encounter new flavors...
