[Sushi Kaiseki Kaga | Fusion of Authentic Edo-mae Sushi and Japanese Cuisine Savored in Osakasayama City] "Kaga," which has been loved by locals as a kaiseki restaurant for 28 years in the land of Ikejiri, Osakasayama City, has now been reborn as "Sushi Kaiseki Kaga." Facing the nature of how food should be after going through the COVID-19 pandemic, we aim to be a restaurant that is closer to your daily life than ever before through the style of "Sushi Kaiseki," which fuses authentic Edo-mae sushi and Japanese cuisine of the four seasons. Keeping the delicate techniques cultivated over many years and the attitude of cherishing seasonal ingredients unchanged, we offer Edo-mae sushi at a reasonable price so that you can enjoy the genuine taste more casually and close at hand. We visited as a pair, each ordered two glasses of draft beer and the omakase course, and the bill was just under 30,000 yen. Honestly, this is not the payment amount for a restaurant of this level. As for the crucial food, they provide ingredients from various production areas, but none of them make the most of the ingredients. It looked like people related to Kinki University Hospital were eating on the second floor, and they were all saying "It was delicious." Are customers getting swept away by the atmosphere? Or do they provide different ingredients for first-time visitors and regulars?

The artisan's work is detailed, and the quality is on a good track. However, considering this location, it commands quite a good price. Around 7,000 yen for a light meal. Probably from 10,000 yen upwards for a normal meal. A rare restaurant in Sayama.
