They offer good quality of sushi with reasonable price. BGM is not matching the atmosphere.

My family has been coming here for 7-8 years. The toppings are large, fresh, and truly delicious. At lunchtime, you either choose a set menu or have single items (two pieces each) hand-pressed, and you cannot order items like grilled dishes posted on the wall. For set menus, I order either Aoi, Sora, or Jo-nigiri, and each has its own merits, and whatever you eat is delicious. Especially the lean bluefin tuna feels of a high quality not found elsewhere. As for the master, I used to think he was an unfriendly person, but when I talked to him today when the customers cleared out, he spoke quite cheerfully. I thought he's actually an amiable person, but usually too busy to be friendly 😊 The sushi in the photo is Sora, and it comes with red miso soup and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) for 1,800 yen. I recommend making a reservation before visiting.

A downtown sushi restaurant located in a residential area. The toppings are fresh and delicious. The shop is a little narrow, with a counter and a few table seats. The table seats are close to neighbors, which I mind a little bit. Overall, I think it's delicious.

My go-to non-conveyor belt sushi restaurant 🍣 Much more satisfying than Michelin-rated restaurants in Kanazawa! A turning point in life where I can no longer go to conveyor belt sushi restaurants. It made me realize that 'sushi' as a dish only becomes such when the topping and rice harmonize and fuse wonderfully 🙇🏻 And the charming staff member is always the best 🙌✨

Dropped by for the first time in a while. Sora's food was delicious as expected. This time I was feeling a bit summer-fatigued, so I had eel. Without flattery, it's damn good. The sashimi and sushi were superb. I was feeling summer-fatigued and wanted to eat delicious fish, so I dropped by!! The shop was bustling with people who had reservations 🤗 Sashimi platter, rock oysters, tempura platter, crab miso, and I made the sushi a little extravagant (lol). Thank you for the delicious meal 🙂‍↕️ I'll visit again!!
