Went with a friend after seeing the review explaining pressure cooker. The black soy sauce ramen I ordered was a soy sauce flavored ramen boasting a chicken-ガラ based soup, which was the best for me who likes thick flavors \(^o^)/ Chashu was also thick and very voluminous. Personally one of the ramen shops I want to visit again.
View on GoogleShishimaru in Osaka Sayama City Shishimaru that used to be in Namba moved here. Shishimaru's ramen feature is above all the soup. This soup using French culinary techniques (specifically soup extracted using a pressure cooker, which is a French culinary technique of emulsification) is delicious beyond comparison. Applying French techniques to ramen.... Please try visiting once. By the way, the shop owner seems to be a former French chef.
View on GoogleBoth noodles and fried rice are delicious! Especially the soup's smooth texture is very delicious! It seems tsukemen newly appeared recently so I tried it and it matches well with the chicken paitan broth! Those who come nearby please try it!
View on GoogleIt seems to be closing today. I've been visiting occasionally since the shop was in Namba. Want to eat again.
