Chicken paitan based ramen and tsukemen. The popular "Mazesoba" has a seafood-based sauce and minced chicken soy sauce well-mixed with medium-thick noodles containing whole wheat flour. There are also salt and tantan options. A small interior with only a counter but cozy. There is a parking lot for 2 cars nearby.
View on GoogleThe ramen is delicious, but partly because it is run by a single person, it takes a long time for the ramen to come out and the owner is extremely unfriendly.
View on GoogleThe shop is hard to understand at first glance and the inside can't be seen so I pull the door with trepidation^^ For ramen, there is mazesoba and soup ramen, this time I ordered my favorite "Shio"! It's a solid paitan soup with a dashi flavor... but it was good that it wasn't powdery^^ If it's nearby, I want to go again♪ I can't help it because I am tone-deaf to tastes, but although it's "chicken", I also felt like it was seafood paitan>_< Hmm... taste-deaf (laughs)
View on GoogleThe shop feels very hard to figure out, but since it's my second visit, I arrived safely. Last time I had chicken salt tsukemen and this time I had chicken salt ramen. It was a rich paitan soup with a solid taste. The chashu was also soft and delicious. The rest is just feeling like if only the service was a bit more friendly... You get full with just the ramen, but the lunch rice set is also a good deal for plus 100 yen. Thank you for the meal. If it was helpful, please click the high rating button 🎵
View on GoogleIt closes so often that it's hard to call it irregular, and when it opens, they don't do ramen or tsukemen (mazesoba only). A strange shop that cannot provide satisfactory service to customers. I couldn't eat the ramen I was aiming for, but the mazesoba (soy sauce) was delicious enough. That's why it's very regrettable. The noodles are thick and chewy, have a firm body, and are noodles that I quite like. The seasoning is not overdone like nowadays, and is well-balanced. The ingredients (toppings) are just for show and very simple, but as mentioned above, it's at a level where it can get by well enough with the noodles and seasoning. It can be said to be simple, but the price setting of 800 yen is a bit questionable. The taste seems to be guaranteed, so I will give a harsh evaluation of 1 star with the hope that they will do their best. (Since they are not providing service in the first place)
