Used it alone for lunch. Had 3 draft beers, 3-sashimi platter, 4 pieces of nigiri (squid, gizzard shad, conger eel, pen shell), and tekka-maki. The chef asked for my preference on whether to sear the pen shell or not, and when I left it to him, he seared it. I was very satisfied. The interior was clean, and all the staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed attentive to details. Given that the nearby 'Ga◯ko Sushi' closed down, I think my frequency of using this place will increase in the future.

The rice pressed with exquisite pressure and the toppings unite, spreading umami the more you chew. Spending time wrapped in the gentle aroma of dashi in a quiet space is truly bliss.
