Yakitori restaurant

Located right near Kongo Station in Osakasayama, this is Charcoal Grilled Yakitori Chidori. At our restaurant, we are particular about charcoal, ingredients, and sake to provide the best yakitori. The charcoal is Kishu Binchotan, the chicken is Kishu red chicken, and the sake is premium shochu from all over the country, satisfying both yakitori lovers and sake lovers. It's great to enjoy lively time with friends at the table, or enjoy chatting with the owner at the counter, ways to enjoy vary depending on the customer. We have not only yakitori but also izakaya-style single dishes, satisfying gourmets as well. With delicious grilled chicken, selected shochu, and a relaxed space, it is a restaurant that satisfies customers.

Fried chicken set meal 850 yen I was looking forward to it since it's fried chicken from a chicken specialty store, but disappointed. Soggy thick batter. Supermarket fried chicken might still be better. The miso soup smells a bit off.

This is my favorite yakitori restaurant located in Osakasayama. As the name suggests, the yakitori carefully grilled over charcoal has an exceptional smokiness, and the juiciness of the meat is tightly locked inside. The cooking degree is truly exquisite, and you can feel the attention to detail in every single skewer. The sauce is also rich and delicious, but eating it with salt really brings out the umami of the chicken and is the best! The seasoning goes well with alcohol, and I end up ordering too much!

I went for the first time, and I thought the interior was stylish and had a nice atmosphere. However, regarding the food, I couldn't find anything that tasted specially delicious, which was very disappointing... The fried chicken was quite hard, and I felt the yakitori was slightly overcooked. To be harsh, if it's this quality, Torikizoku is much more delicious. Also, if the tsukune contains cartilage, people who don't like cartilage cannot eat it, so I think it should be clearly stated. The cooking degree of yakitori is really a craftsmanship and difficult, but I don't think I will go a second time.

We used it for a farewell party. There was a decrease in the number of people on the day, but they responded pleasantly. As for the food, the tsukune was fluffy, the fried chicken was crispy and fluffy (though most of the members were housewives), everyone was impressed! The other dishes also had a dashi broth flavor and were delicious. On the way home, the owner himself even saw us off. Thank you very much! We will visit again!!
