Best food I have tried since my second day visit in Osaka. All the food tasted fresh and flavourful. It just gives me the home cooked food vibes. The few dishes that I have ordered and highly recommend: 1) Beef skewers 2) Chicken Cartilage 3) Miso soup (MUST TRY) 4) Baked rice ball 5) Neck with onions 6) Miso minced meat with cucumber (cooler than cool as a cucumber) Last but not least, even the appetisers tasted marvelous!!!
View on GoogleA hidden gem off the main street, this was the best meal we had in Osaka! Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and there was nothing we didn’t love. Family who runs the place is not fluent in English, but we had no issues ordering and we still felt the warmth of their service throughout dinner. Highly recommend the Beef Skewers with Grated Radish, Grilled Eggplant, Fried Chicken and Chicken Gizzard, Heart and Skin Skewers.
View on GoogleI’ve been in many places, but this one is awesome. The atmosphere is perfect, probably a family workshop there and they’re super friendly and speak English. Food was fresh and super tasty, salad was crispy and fresh, drinks and serving are perfect. And they have nice music. Moreover, it’s a bit far away from touristic crowds and we could enjoy the place. The very restaurant is very very clean and seems to have new modern furniture. I’m in love!:)
View on GoogleWe just found this place by chance. Even though I’m not a big fan of chicken, I would say this place served the best chicken I’ve eaten over the past few years. The chef paid attention to the detials and really knew which cooking methods, timing, and sauces would bring the best flavours out of the food. The price was reasonable and the owners were very friendly too. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleA lovely family run restaurant that offers a great dining experience. The food and decor is all home made, even the chickens come from their own family run farm to guarantee the (high) quality of the food being served. They also accept cards and have menus in English. Not the biggest place so worth checking to see if it is busy before going but if you’re passing by and there is space I highly recommend taking the time to go in to have something to eat and drink.
