Visited Tonkatsu Tonta Honten and really enjoyed the meal 🐷✨ The tonkatsu was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly cooked. The shredded cabbage, rice, and miso soup made the set meal feel very balanced and satisfying 😊 I also liked that free rice refills were available, which was great if you’re really hungry 🍚😆 The restaurant had a classic local atmosphere, and the food tasted comforting and homemade. A great place if you want simple and delicious Japanese tonkatsu! 🔥

The atmosphere is nice. A local tour guide got us here. We had one tenderloin and the one with the flower. Highly recommend. He suggested to mix the sauce with the mustard sachet. It's mind blowing. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the one with the flower - it's called baseball name or player. This place is OG and highly recommended. It comes with miso soup and rice.

Wonderful meal, we ordered the "A" Pork Cutlet set. It was simple and delicious. The outer layer is crispy and the inside is tender and juicy. They provide an English menu for foreigners as well. Great place, must recommend.
