Futei Cafe A cafe located inside Kotsu-gu Shrine in Tanimachi Kyuchome. Ordered the famous Ujiko Roll set. I chose hot coffee for the drink♪ From the lady working there I enjoyed various conversations like Kotsu-gu Shrine is a famous plum blossom spot~ That it has been operating for about 4 years since the end of COVID~ That they hold a marche on a specified day every month~ That ginger in the Ujiko Roll means shrine (jinja), etc♪ Plums are currently in 5-7 bloom, she said If the temperature is warm from this weekend to next week, it will be the best time to see them. It's also good to see them at the marche on 3/1~♪ Since I came on a weekday afternoon, I was able to enjoy a relaxing time (◡`)/ Thank you for the meal! Impressions of the taste are below. ・Ujiko Roll -> Fitting for a plum blossom spot, a roll cake containing green plum fruit and ginger. The sponge is firm, but the texture of the plum fruit and the flavor and aroma of ginger are good. It was a mature roll cake with moderate sweetness. ・Blend coffee (HOT) -> Coffee is ground by machine and then dripped. The aroma is very high and the sensation passing through the nose is good, it is a low bitterness, clean aftertaste type.
