I've had dinner here several times. This restaurant's condiment bottles are the cleanest I've ever seen in my life, but a plate of stir-fried greens actually costs ¥200 more than twice-cooked pork—funny, right! The dishes are 'on the salty side' like typical Japanese food, and the cooking skill is decent, but after eating it's as if you've been in a hotpot restaurant: the cooking fumes will leave your whole body smelling of food! Poor ventilation is their biggest problem!

Was it the 'Otsukare-sama Set'??? (I forgot the name), but the set with a draft beer, pan-fried gyoza, and one more item of your choice (I chose karaage) is a great deal at 900 yen! It's filling, and before I knew it I was on my second draft beer... The pan-fried gyoza are the classic kind. Above all, this is what goes with draft beer! There was gyoza sauce, but you blend soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil to your own taste—I like mine heavy on the vinegar. And karaage is great with beer too; I had this one with salt and pepper. The juices that burst out when you bite in are irresistible! In no time my second draft beer was empty too... I looked at the menu wondering what to finish with. When it comes to 'team rice' or 'team noodles' for the finish, I'm 'team noodles,' so my eyes naturally went to the noodle dishes. There it was, tantanmen! The tantanmen here has a nice sourness in the soup—Good! It goes well with the slippery noodles too. I thought it wasn't that spicy... and then the heat slowly crept in. I finished it all, soup included, in no time! (I'm going to gain weight again...) The interior is clean, so I thought 'a relatively new place?', but there were clearly lots of local (neighborhood-type) customers, so it also seems like a long-established shop. Either way, it's a relaxed, unpretentious place I recommend.

First visit because I was craving sweet and sour pork♪ We ordered the sweet and sour pork set meal, shrimp in chili sauce set meal, yodaredori, and gomoku ankake noodles. The inside is clean and bright, and every dish was delicious. The yodaredori in particular was super delicious(^▽^)/ What should I get next time❔ The staff's friendliness was zero, so ☆-1.

First visit. A reasonably priced Chinese restaurant that's been in the Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street for a long time. This time I dropped by in the evening, and the prices are easy on the wallet lol What I had: chukadon ¥600 It felt like they adjust the seasoning to Japanese tastes, and it was solidly delicious. The inside was clean and very tidy too. However, even when it's not crowded, it seems to take 15 minutes or more for the food to come out, and when I came in they asked me, 'The food takes a while to come out—is that okay?' Also, business hours are until 21:00, but last order is at 20:00. I think it's a nice place, like a casual neighborhood Chinese restaurant!

Visited 2023/12/07. Had the mapo tofu lunch ¥870-. The set used to come with four gyoza, but that's been cut. The mapo tofu itself is tasty, but I felt the value has dropped quite a bit. Visited 2023/10/13. Had the mapo tofu lunch ¥870-. The menu has shrunk, and they said they can only make what's on the board (seems like a kitchen staff shortage). It's a shame things like the chukadon are off the menu, but the food itself is still delicious. Visited 2020/10/15. Had the chukadon ¥600- with a large serving ¥100-, total ¥700-. There's a good variety of ingredients—carrot, napa cabbage, mushrooms, green onion, pork, shrimp, and squid—and they're nicely stir-fried, but above all the sauce is really delicious. Lunch is only noodles with half fried rice, or noodles or a rice bowl with gyoza, but I'd love a rice bowl and noodle combo too. Thank you for the meal.
