A wonderful restaurant where you can immerse yourself in authentic Italian regional cuisine and carefully selected Italian wines. From appetizers like caprese and mussels steamed with black pepper, to the "sakura shrimp with pistachio sauce" pasta that shows the restaurant's dedication, to the mains of herb-grilled tsubasu and tagliata, there's not a single miss. Even the dolce, baba (soaked in lemon syrup), was flawlessly delicious. What's wonderful is the wine lineup. Starting with spumante, then an aromatic white, to reds that complement the food (Spanna and Appassimento), the sommelier makes careful suggestions. The pairing with the food was perfect, and the wine went down far too easily. The interior is casual yet calm, and very comfortable. When you want good wine and authentic Italian in the Juso area, this is the place!

Visited for lunch, the hamburg steak is the best. The skill of the master(?) from the previous shop is as good as ever. Thank you for the meal.

Had properly delicious pasta for the first time in a while. The wine is Italian only, and you can choose from a lot of varieties while the owner carefully explains them. It's not cheap like a bar, but in return you get to enjoy quality — a place for grown-ups. Right down to dessert and the wine paired with it, I enjoyed it all the way to the end!
