Very interesting take on chasu ramen. The chasu is more like cured meat, and they sliced it like an Italian deli too. They had a nice chasu rice which I didn't know until checking other reviews. Would love to try it next time.

Got recommendation of this place from my Japanese friend and I’m amazed with the quality of the ramen we had in here! Surely one of the best meals of our trip

Beautiful, excellent ramen. The simple, elegant ramen was incredibly delicious; everything from the soup to the chaashuu obviously very strategically crafted and arranged. The intimate, chill style of the restaurant is also very attractive and completes the whole experience. I would love to come here again and again.

It was hard to spot without a signboard but the queue made it obvious. The eatery had a strict no photo with people (unless mosaic) and no loud or conversation over the phone. You are expected to eat and leave and they are only open for lunch. This chic 7-seaters establishment is modern and charming. The ramen master timed the noodle cooking in boiling water perfectly without any tool and the broth was light and tasty. The chashu (pork) was tender and you could taste the high quality meat used. Go ahead to pay extra for oomori (up sized) as the quantity may not be enough for bigger eater. The black pepper honey tasting chashu rice don added a unique touch to the traditional ramen dish.

Beautifully made place, everything very balanced. Came by by coincidence and liked the way the shop looked like. Outstanding broth of the seafood ramen and happy we followed our curiosity to try this place. For me personally best ramen I ever had.
