Amazing taste and unique Shrimp Ramen
View on GoogleIn conclusion, the total rating is 1 star. I ordered the 1,000 yen Salt Tsukemen <with shrimp>. On the day of my visit, I was looking forward to it as the broth was made luxuriously using 5 types of fresh fish (Sakura bream, Horse mackerel, Hairtail, Kyoto Spanish mackerel, and one other I forgot), but the dipping sauce was abnormally salty, to the point I thought is this seawater?, and I couldn't taste the ingredients at all. The ingredients are good, the noodles and toppings themselves are good, and even Sakura shrimp is lavished on it, so I was astounded by the saltiness strong enough to destroy everything. The owner was friendly and said, "If the dipping sauce is too thick or thin, I'll adjust it!", but it's not a level that can be adjusted afterwards. If this is the regular saltiness it's terrible, and if it's a seasoning mistake it's still terrible. The owner's hospitality is wonderfully good and the price is a good deal, but the food being terrible, combined with the smoking area set up in front of the store, results in the lowest rating. Unfortunately, there will be no second visit.
View on GoogleI had the fresh fish chilled ramen and namerou bowl. The cold soup where the umami of the fresh fish can be firmly felt is so delicious you'll want to drink it down to the last drop. The compatibility with the noodles was also outstanding. The namerou bowl was also fresh, and delicious making the rice go down more and more. Adding wasabi to the chilled ramen midway is also a nice touch. I could feel the owner's commitment in every single bowl, highly satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleWhile on the move, I was able to visit 'Takaya, Supreme Broth and Noodles', a place I had been curious about for a while♪ Not an animal-based soup, but a fresh fish soup, I asked for the 'Special Salt Ramen' to have the supreme bowl(*´-`) The owner explains things very politely, and while admiring his wonderful hospitality despite running it all by himself, the bowl is served shortly after♡ Of course, the species of fish caught differ depending on the season, but the soup, which makes me admire that they dare to compete with seafood, has sharpness, richness, and depth, making it extremely delicious(*´꒳`*) Even the chashu, which is moist, tender, low in fat, and guilt-free, was prepared without cutting corners and could be enjoyed in good compatibility with the seafood soup♫ 1The medium-thin straight noodles with a pleasant firm and chewy texture lifted the shrimp and aonori seaweed firmly, allowing me to enjoy various flavors(´∀`) Before I knew it, I had finished all the soup, of course I did (lol) I want to visit a good fish restaurant in all four seasons, Takaya is a must-visit shop every month♫
View on GoogleI came thinking I could eat the Nachi tuna bowl, but unfortunately it wasn't available that day. However, the tsukemen used tuna flakes and was very delicious. It was great to be able to taste the striped jack namerou bowl as well. Next time I want to eat the tuna bowl too.
