This restaurant is amazing. We had the best gyoza of our life- so good that we ate 3 servings. The udon is also great- the soup is very flavourful and the noodles had a nice texture. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The quality of the products was also good and the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant itself is quite small, but has a cool vibe. For sure one of the best meals we had in Japan. Easily a 10/10.
View on GoogleWhat a hidden gem! Good was delicious and service very quick. The gyozas were amazing, and the udon curry with katsu pork got my heart. They also have a good deal for snack and beer. Definitely a must try!
View on GoogleSpot on. Just what I needed! I followed others advice and ordered the ginger beef udon and the gyoza- an excellent idea. The gyoza came first and were bursting with flavour. So satisfying. And as a ginger fiend, the udon were right up my street! A lovely kick to them and the broth was delicious till the last drop. An old school Sapporo to top it off, and it’s a perfect meal! So happy I came here. My thanks to the kind and attentive chef!
View on GoogleFood was okay but service was bad. We opened the door to the restaurant and was not let in, the whole restaurant was empty except 2 people eating. They then walked us outside the alleyway 6-10 feet down on the street to have us wait in the line. There was no line and we had to wait outside in the rain for 5-10 minutes. Shortly after being seated, a Japanese speaking customer walked in and was seated immediately. I gave a review in exchange for a free drink, but they still ended up charging us for the drinks, so I’m changing the rating. The only thing I would recommend if you must dine here is the gyoza.
View on GoogleThis little udon and gyoza spot near Dotonbori was such a great find. The food was delicious, but the real surprise was the gyoza. They served it with a curry salt seasoning instead of the usual dipping sauce, and it was incredible. It added so much flavor and made the gyoza really stand out. I actually enjoyed the curry salt so much that I spent time looking for something similar in stores afterward, but couldn’t find anything quite like it. It was definitely one of the most memorable things I ate in Osaka. If you’re exploring the Dotonbori area and want a smaller, more local feeling restaurant with excellent food, I’d highly recommend stopping by.
