A sushi restaurant in 東三国 that I often visit. It's run by the chef and proprietress together, and since they're husband and wife, they're perfectly in sync, creating a fantastic atmosphere. There are 7 counter seats and 1 private room with horigotatsu seating. We use the private room for courses like tecchiri, and usually sit at the counter. Order by looking at the recommendation blackboard and the sushi ingredient display. This time, homemade karasumi daikon, assorted sashimi, aji namero, fugu shirako shoyu-yaki, and unazaku. Then on to nigiri. Kensaki ika tentacles and fins, with lemon and salt. Buri toro, akagai, and akagai himo. Ishigakidai ushiojiru and chawanmushi. Yamagobo hosomaki and ebi mayo hosomaki. Everything is delicious! After draft beer, hirezake. They'll cook anything using the ingredients available that day, so it's fantastic.
