A shop I've been looking forward to opening I went because I was looking forward to the sudachi soba The broth was delicious and the soba had a great chew, very satisfying! However, since it just opened, there's a shortage of staff and the owner is running the kitchen and dining room alone, so there was a little wait time Hope they find good staff soon! Looking forward to what to eat next time
View on GoogleThe soba here was surprisingly delicious. Personally, I think it's the best in Kansai.
View on GoogleBeing newly opened, the interior is very clean. I went on a Sunday for lunch at 12 PM, and it was very crowded. I had the seiro. The soba flavor was strong, chewy, and very delicious. Sumiyoshi Taisha is also nearby, so I'd like to include it in the course after visiting. Next time I'd like to go at night and drink some alcohol too.
View on GoogleA "soba" restaurant opened in Kohama Shopping Street. Soba, futomaki, duck roast All of them were delicious 😊 I went around 11:30 AM on a weekday, and it was empty. Around 12:00 PM it started getting crowded and there was a wait. *Going early is recommended. The lunch and dinner menus are different, so I'd like to go at night too.
View on GoogleSoba shop opens in Kohama Shopping Street Had lunch at Sobaya Hitori, which grand opened on 8/21 near the middle of Kohama Shopping Street. The shop is located inside Kohama Shopping Street between Kohama Station and Sumiyoshi Taisha Station on the Nankai Main Line. Being opening day, it was quite bustling But I was able to enjoy it as the last lunch customer. Large Seiro Stone-milled 100% buckwheat soba Delicious soba with a great throat feel The dipping sauce has a rich dashi flavor, delicious Enjoyed two pieces of futomaki along with thick, viscous soba water(*´∀`*)
