Visited the other day for the OPEN celebration. Might be a harsh review, but I will write it honestly. Without a reservation, we were guided to a table that happened to be empty. Chopsticks and utensils were not set, and no explanation was given at all about the location of soft drink cups, all-you-can-drink alcohol glasses, how to order alcohol, and plate locations. We had no choice but to find them ourselves. Condiments and such were not refilled even when running out until we asked. There was a tissue box on the table, but only 1 sheet was left, so I placed it where it was easy to grab on the table so they would bring a new one. The staff came, touched the tissue box, but left it as is. Ultimately the tissue box was just collected and never brought back. We chose the course where you can eat special beef, seafood, and mutton, but even with special beef there's a lot of scum coming out, giving the impression it's not that high quality. For an all-you-can-eat hot pot, the shrimp was a solid size. The white fish wasn't clear what kind of fish it was, but an off-flavor like a fishy smell remained, making it quite an acquired taste. If you go with the highest course, you can also order a la carte dishes, but the portions of these a la carte dishes are too big. If you order 1 spring roll, 3 come out in standard normal size, and if you order edamame, since it's a shabu-shabu restaurant, it's packed in a meat plate commonly used. Probably serves 2-3 people. Also, bang bang chicken and pig ear strips had very large portions. The pig ear had a flavoring like cinnamon which I didn't like. Above all, the space where the drink bar is placed, the space where sauces and condiments are placed, the space to get ingredients like vegetables is too narrow, making the traffic flow very bad. People can barely pass by, or you have to wait in line to enter and exit. As I wrote at the beginning, no explanation about the drink bar either, and even though bottled beer is included in all-you-can-drink, it doesn't come out even when ordered via tablet. The staff don't look that flustered either, ordered items take a long time to come out, many items were not replenished, and for the same price range, Sa◯ is overwhelmingly superior in quality and content. Basically I won't repeat. Last order is said to be 30 minutes before all-you-can-eat ends, but no time notifications appear on the provided tablet, so if you aren't careful it ends before you know it. If you can add all-you-can-drink alcohol individually, I might use it when the location is convenient, but just for the price of alcohol, similar shops are nearby so it's difficult to repeat.

Pork & Chicken all-you-can-eat course (2178 yen) Beef & Pork all-you-can-eat course (3278 yen) Special Beef & Seafood & Mutton all-you-can-eat course (4708 yen) And you can choose your favorite soup in addition to kelp broth. There are also Chinese-style broths (500 yen - 600 yen extra) with 4 types ranging from spicy-looking ones to tomato broth. There are also various a la carte dishes. We order the Beef & Pork all-you-can-eat course (3278 yen) Meat can be beef, pork, and chicken Drinks include soft drinks, but since there is a 90-minute all-you-can-drink alcohol plan for 1408 yen, we take the all-you-can-drink plan. Of course we order meat too Since we didn't know what the portion of one plate was like, we started with 1 plate each for now Chicken meat Pork belly Beef belly Pork loin Pork shoulder loin Seafood broth is good, but simple kelp broth is still my favorite Around us, many people are eating with red spicy-looking broth We kept adding meat since it's sliced thin and ended up eating continuously All meats are delicious, but pork belly is my favorite Drinks changed from highball to barley shochu on the rocks Stomach felt good so time for shime with udon and bamboo shoots I took a little bit Putting udon into the kelp broth and eating with ponzu was delicious With this my stomach is full and finished Price is reasonable, besides vegetables there were various types like wieners which was nice. Since it's not a large store, getting vegetables wasn't crowded and we could enjoy it leisurely.

Sauces and condiments have tons of varieties You can make many kinds of sauces to your liking, and it was fun. Meat appearance was thin, thought it might be lacking? But as we kept eating, our stomach became stuffed, and you can get lots of vegetables which is good for your body, and at 1,280 yen tax included it's a must! Delicious! For us a Vietnamese couple, this was our first time using this shop. The soup taste was very delicious, and not to mention the meat, the types of vegetables were also abundant and we were very satisfied. Especially, we were glad to be able to enjoy various types of vegetables and sauces. As we ate, it had a somewhat nostalgic taste, making us feel warm as if we were eating together with family. Both of us liked it very much, so we'd definitely like to go eat again. Thank you for the delicious time!
