Kids can ride from age 6, but since it's located at the far edge of the Universal Studios Japan grounds, it was relatively empty. I was able to ride from 6 years old, but it was relatively empty because the place is the end of the Universal Studios Japan site.

Elementary schoolers only (ages 6 to 12). So there's almost no wait. The karts don't go super fast, so it's safe to enjoy. They move smoothly and it's fun taking the curves, so I think it's perfect for kids' first driving experience.

I went a long time ago. About 10 years ago (lol) My eldest daughter rode it, but she couldn't properly press the gas pedal. She was so cute

The kids were thrilled
