It was most delicious ramen I had so far in Japan!

The Ramen here is full of flavour. The serving sizers are very well portioned, and the added cold water on a hot day was very nice. The food was cooked at a very nice speed, and servied at the same time insyead of in peaces. The pricses are low with the highst being arond 850円. I would recommend.

Authentic, delicious, no nonsense locals noodle bar. The pork ramen was one of the best meals we had in 2 weeks touring Japan. Highly recommended!

Medium-viscosity tonkotsu soup boiled for a long time, rich tonkotsu soup with a strong pungent aroma given a slight saltiness. Tare, is it hardly added? The umami of tonkotsu was conveyed to that extent ☝️ Maybe the saltiness from the chashu has an effect too It's a delicious soup that is addictive, saltiness and sweetness enter the mouth in an exquisite balance. The noodles are medium-thin straight type, a slightly firm bite-friendly kind ‍♂️ Slurping the rich soup clinging to the noodles, you can taste it as stinky~ delicious~ ✨ green onions are nice! Chashu is sliced thin and seems to be lean meat? Seasoned well and probably seared too The edges are browned, the savory aroma of soy sauce and the umami of meat overlap and it's delicious! Because the meat is thin, when eaten with noodles, tonkotsu & pork combine with noodles to play an exquisite harmony. Having said that, the junk food feel is amazing though (lol) Furthermore, there are small pieces of chashu which are probably the ends, and this is also delicious with saltiness! Made me want to eat rice 🤭 Ajitsuke egg is dark brown, so deeply soaked you want to say 'salty!' ☝️ The way the soup tasted after eating the egg was really good, it's a stepping stone for the soup! Of course it was delicious ✨ Pig... cute
