The greatest thing about this cafe is that its located next to umeda sky building. Most of the food is decent. I especially really enjoy the ice cream and match and the pasts. Sadly the berry smoothie tasted off and mouldy and the strawberry shave ice was not the best. The services here is not very friendly and dismissive. Not sure if they were overworked as i can see them rushing a lot, but then I am not sure if that is an excuse for poor service.

We have been there 3 times. We always come back because of the soft cream. The chicken sandwich was delicious and the basque tart too. The only one down , is that usually the staff looks stressed. 😰 It is kind of noisy because it is popular among young people and they tend to be more lively and enthusiastic.

What is the point of two employees in an empty cafe, if they can not take your order. They can bring me the menu, they can explain the 190yen commision fee or smt, but they can not bring me the chocolate cake. And their rules are such an overkill.

We did not go into this dessert and coffee shop on the ground floor of the Umeda building, but it looked appetizing.

If you are a tourist and visiting it may be a bit confusing to order. But the staff is very helpful and the food was great.
