I visited for Monzen Akira's solo exhibition. It's a small, cozy gallery of about 4 tsubo. (There's only a staff toilet.

I think it's a good gallery. But I haven't seen many exhibitions by young artists. The youngest are maybe in their 50s. It might be hard to draw in young people, but it has an image of being the go-to place for middle-aged artists (I'm not putting down the quality of their work), so I think it'd be even better if it were easier for new artists in their 30s or younger to use.

A long-established gallery. One I hope keeps running, unchanged, forever.
