I wish I could give more stars! No English menu or English speaking staff and that's not a problem at all. The very sweet lady was very helpful and even helped us grease the grill and dissect the ox tail in the soup. Service is above and beyond. Food is super delicious too, we got the 9 Rare Cuts platter as recommended by her and it was enough for 2, plus the ox tail soup. The sorbet was amazing too. Would happily recommend. 🖤
View on GoogleMy husband and I dined here recently, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering the high prices. The soup tasted like little more than water with a few herbs, lacking any depth of flavor. The meat also had an unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to enjoy. What was even more disappointing was that the restaurant wasn't serving a premium branded beef as we expected. The staff mentioned that the meat selection changes every day. Instead of finding that reassuring, it left me wondering whether they were simply serving whatever leftovers were available. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations at all. Given the poor quality and value for money, I will definitely not be returning.
View on GoogleI can not recommend this place enough! The service was excellent, and so was the food. We don't speak any Japanese, but the waitress tried her best with English and Google translate. We really appreciate her effort. The price was also very fair, this would easily cost 3x as much in the US.
View on GoogleGreat value, great quality, great service, amazing taste
View on GoogleTsuruhashi, Osaka The restaurant I'd booked was unexpectedly closed, so I wandered around looking and happened to be drawn in by the "Non-smoking" sign In the gap before a reservation, they said "if it's OK until ◯ o'clock", and I happened to get in (probably no reservations for one person) good ☆As the note says, it takes a while to be served, but you can tell it's hand-cut and carefully prepared. Good-quality meat. Delicious ☆There are partitions between you and other tables, so you can relax ☆The staff seem a bit like amateur part-timers, but they're pleasant ☆Non-smoking bad ★I want to go again, but can't one person make a reservation? I order about 3 people's worth, you know? I wish the rule were "order at least X" rather than based on the number of people
