Not that customer service is good by any means, but among many hormone shops I like their sauce and keep repeating. Hormone is 100g 230 yen. Ends as soon as gone! Croquette is also big, sweet and delicious!

Pork hormone. Soup-drenched sauce is slightly spicy and yummie. Contents are pork small intestine and lungs.
