It seemed they used only A5-rank Miyazaki beef, and the course content was fulfilling from appetizers to dessert. What left a particular impression was the 'Meat Staircase 5-Kind Assortment.' Not only was it visually gorgeous, but I could also enjoy the differences in umami and texture of each part. 'King of Yukke (Harami Yukke)' had a melting texture, and the 'Miyazaki Beef Wagyu Tongue' also allowed me to firmly feel the umami. The most delicious was the 'Phantom Supreme Hele (Tenderloin).' As the name suggests, it was very tender, with an elegant flavor that left a memorable impression. The course also came with grilled vegetables, mini cold noodles, and yuzu sherbet, making it satisfying until the very end. Since it includes all-you-can-drink, I think it's a shop easy to use on days when you want to enjoy a meal leisurely, or for dates and anniversaries.
View on GoogleIt's in an easy-to-understand location about a 3-minute walk from Nakatsu Subway Station! The interior has a THE luxury yakiniku atmosphere! The number of seats includes a few counter seats and several table seats, making it a calm space with a private feel! Among the things I ate this time, my absolute favorites were the 'Tongue' and the 'Phantom Supreme Hele'! I ordered them because I saw them on SNS and they looked very delicious! First, I had the 'Tongue', which had a moderate thickness and deliciousness where the umami of the meat smoothly enters with every chew! And the main 'Phantom Supreme Hele' had an amazing visual impact, and the meat's overwhelming tenderness and the elegant sweetness of the fat melted in my mouth, making it an exceptional match with white rice! It's a best match with alcohol and a supremely satisfying dish when you want to thoroughly enjoy meat! Suitable for company drinking parties or anniversary dinners where you want to savor delicious meat! Of course, it's also super good for couples' dates or dates for those about to become couples! It's a shop you should definitely use when you have plans for yakiniku in Nakatsu!
View on GoogleHead over to Matsushin, a Yakiniku restaurant located right near Nakatsu Station. This time, I had the "Miyazaki Beef Special Course." We started off with local kimchi, homemade namul, and a vegetable salad. Next came the Kuroge Wagyu beef yukhoe and Miyazaki Kuroge Wagyu tongue—a truly luxurious start right from the beginning. The Kuroge Wagyu yukhoe had a melt-in-your-mouth texture with plenty of meaty flavor. It was a dish that built up my anticipation even before the main yakiniku grilling started. The Miyazaki Kuroge Wagyu tongue was surprisingly tender, with the flavor expanding more and more with every bite. And then came one of the main highlights of the day: the "Miyazaki Beef A5 Special 5-Cut Platter ~Heaven's Meat Stairs~." True to its name, rare cuts of A5-rank Miyazaki beef were arranged like a staircase, creating a breathtaking visual the moment it was brought to the table. Admiring the beautifully marbled fat, we grilled and enjoyed each cut one by one. It was tender in the mouth, with a rich sweetness from the fat. Since the texture and taste varied slightly depending on the cut, it was great to compare and enjoy them side by side. At Matsushin, they exclusively use A5-rank Miyazaki beef and source only fresh, unfrozen raw meat. They are certified as a designated store by Miyazaki Prefecture and actively work to promote Miyazaki beef in collaboration with agricultural cooperatives, local government offices, and producers. Interspersing some grilled local vegetables, we also had the "Miyazaki Beef A5 Tenderloin" in the second half. It was tender while still retaining the rich flavor unique to lean meat—personally, it was right up my alley. Shimane Prefecture's "Tsuyahime" rice is all-you-can-eat. Delicious meat simply calls for white rice, so the all-you-can-eat option is a delightful bonus. We finished off with a refreshing sudachi cold noodle soup. Even after eating plenty of meat, the crisp citrus flavor of the sudachi made it easy to slurp right down. Ending with yuzu sorbet for dessert, it was a satisfying course all the way to the end. The course is 8,800 yen, or 10,000 yen with all-you-can-drink included. Considering the quality and volume of the A5-rank Miyazaki beef, I think it offers incredible value for money. It's conveniently located close to Nakatsu Station, which is another plus. I highly recommend this yakiniku restaurant for days when you want to thoroughly enjoy truly delicious meat.
View on GoogleI visited "Miyazaki Beef Yakiniku Matsushin." It is a yakiniku restaurant located in Nakatsu, Kita-ku, Osaka, where I was able to enjoy my meal in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I could truly savor the high-quality meaty umami unique to Miyazaki beef, and every single slice was deliciously satisfying. The meat was tender, and its umami spread with every chew, making it a meal where you could really appreciate the excellence of the ingredients. The interior was also clean and provided a spacious environment to enjoy a leisurely meal, making it ideal for dates, anniversaries, or a slightly luxurious dining experience. The staff were polite and attentive, which made the dining experience even more pleasant. Overall, my satisfaction was high, and it's a restaurant I'd love to visit again if I get the chance. I'm giving it 4 stars this time.
View on GoogleLocated right outside Exit 2 of Osaka Metro Nakatsu Station, marked by a white noren curtain. I went with a friend and had the "Special Miyazaki Beef" course with all-you-can-drink for 10,000 yen. The course started with kimchi, namul, and salad, followed by Kuroge Wagyu skirt steak yukhoe, rare Wagyu marbled tongue, special 5-cut meat platter, Miyazaki beef A5-rank tenderloin, sudachi cold noodles, and yuzu sorbet. The chateaubriand was particularly impressive—the fat wasn't overwhelmingly heavy, and it was wonderfully tender. The meat platter came with cut labels making it easy to identify everything, and the all-you-can-eat Shimane Tsuyahime rice was a delightful bonus. The interior has a classic yakiniku restaurant vibe where you grill your food at the table, making it suitable for meals with friends or couples. It seemed like there was also one private room.
